However, the existing workforce may not possess the required skills and knowledge for these emerging job roles. Governments and industry stakeholders should invest in workforce training programs and skill development initiatives to ensure that individuals can transition smoothly into these new employment opportunities. By addressing these challenges head-on, governments, industry stakeholders, and the workforce can tap into the potential of V2G systems to create job opportunities, reduce carbon emissions, and shape a more sustainable future.
